Branden Steineckert Update

Update from Vater Artist Branden Steineckert (Rancid)

Live Online Performance: April 9, 2011

"My project "Apocalypse Radio" is releasing a live performance and documentary online this Saturday. We've got a brand new website that we've teamed up with a pretty rad company to be able to do a multi-angle HD live performance (that we shot on March 6th) and viewers can register for $1.99 to watch it unlimited, high quality sound/video and the viewer can select which of the many camera angles they want to watch from at anytime in real time without interrupting the show.

We also have a 20min documentary about the band/project that people can get for only $0.99 (if people register for both they also get a free live download of our song "Lost Souls"). Pre-registration is available now at our website: and the show will release this Saturday, April 9th 2011

"Apocalypse Radio" released a new self titled album on Nov 30th 2010. "Apocalypse Radio" is myself along with my best friend Brian Patchett. He and I write, perform everything ourselves. I play drums on the whole album, we both play guitar, sing, and we both played bass on all the songs. I personally recorded, engineered, produced and mixed the entire album myself. It was a lot of work but very rewarding!! We released it by ourselves through iTunes and our online store on our site. We've just arranged with Hot Topic to be the exclusive retailer of our cd too. We've worked really hard on this project doing it all 100% independent, by ourselves.

Our live performance features our good friend Atom Willard (Angels & Airwaves) on drums and Drew Hamnett (The Trademark) on bass while Brian and I sing/play guitar. This online performance will be cool because with our "live" line up, it makes it very hard for this band to tour properly due to everyones careers, etc. So with this we can bring the event right to people in the comfort of their own home."

Hope you get to check it out!
