  A stick designed by one of the biggest drum names in Country Music, Chris McHugh. Chris' extensive resume includes Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood, Amy Grant, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jewel, Faith Hill, and countless others. Chris' model comes in at just over a 2B in the grip with a quick taper for a solid feel. The Chris McHugh model is a great playing stick for rock solid pocket playing as well as heavy hitting rock players.

  This model comes from Coheed and Cambria drummer Chris Pennie. It measures out at just over a 5B in the grip but has a slight double taper, meaning that it gets a little thicker towards the middle of the stick than in the grip. This gives the stick added throw and durability in the rim shot area. The smaller sized acorn tip gives articulate ride cymbal sounds that cut through in louder music. Great stick design for rock and metal players.

  Nisan Stewart has become a major name in the R&B/Pop drumming and production scenes. On top of being one of the most televised drummers year after year, Nisan has worked with Diddy, Missy Elliot, Beyonce, Destiny's Child, 50 Cent, Timbaland, Jamie Foxx, Ja-Rule and many others. Nisan's stick model is a 5B sized stick with and extra 1Ú4" in length for some added reach and weight. It features an oval style tip for full sounding drum and cymbal tones. Nisan's stick design is a very well rounded model that's suitable for many musical applications.

  This design comes from one of the most respected musicians in the Gospel scene and drummer for Israel Houghton and New Breed, Big Mike Clemons. Mike's design measures out just under a 5B in the grip with an extra 1/2" in length for added reach around the kit. With a quick taper and a classic acorn style tip for full drum and cymbal tones, this model is very durable and responsive. Mike's model also features Vater's Nude Series finish for a comfortable, unlaquered grip.

  MikesLessons.com Educator Mike Johnston's 2-4-5-1 is a great all-around design that can be used in any musical style. It has a grip size between a 5A and 5B with a gradual taper to a barrel tip for ride cymbal definition. The gradual taper gives the model a fantastic and quick feel around the kit.
  
  The 2-4-5-1 model is available in both Hickory and Sugar Maple. The Sugar Maple version is perfect for lower volume and lesson room type settings, while the Hickory version is the right choice for live and harder hitting performance settings.
