Drum Set Instructor - The Drum Circuit: San Luis Obispo, CA

I got my first set at age 7. I started seriously pursuing drumming at about 11, with formal lessons from the Drum Circuit, a Five Star drum shop on the central coast of CA. I have played in the praise band at Atascadero Bible Church since I was 12. I enjoy listening to all types of music and have played blues, rock, funk, jazz, ska, reggae, country, praise rock and desire to be relevant in all areas of my playing/teaching. I have a rock/funk emphasis in my playing but have currently been branching out into the jazz idiom. I have played with Cross Country, Martin Paris, The Green Team (Czech Republic1999), Quest (Uganda, Africa 2005 also Iganga, Africa 2006); I am currently playing with Clearbell (funk/rock) www.clearbell.net and Whollyjazz (jazz) www.whollyjazz.com.
